IT'S TIME TO TAKE A STAND! (read below to learn why...)
The politics and collusion are beginning to surface:
+ Steve Cooke states in an interview with Perry Williams that the Owners of the railroad; Fishers, Noblesville, and Hamilton County, "hope" to see a Northern-only operator but will consider proposals to use the whole line (How can they contend to consider all bids in an unbiased manner when they state they want the trail?). He also says that interviews with operators will occur. To our knowledge, none have occurred yet.

+ Larry of Fishers reported today that the only proposal matching the desires of the Owners was the Northern-only bid submitted by the Hamilton County Visitors and Convention Commission. (a government agency...possible conflict of interest?)
Didn't the HHPA make a statement that all proposals are confidential...? So how did Larry come to know this information?

Hi. The following timeline and the email exchange with Mayor Ditslear...
Time Line:
May 22 at 8:45am, John McNichols from the ITM asks for a meeting to Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear. After contact, meeting between ITM and Noblesville scheduled for Wednesday May 31st at 10:00am
On Tuesday May 30th at 10:42am, Noblesville Mayor’s office cancels meeting. John McNichols asks to reschedule as soon as possible.
On Wednesday May 31st around noon, all TV and newspaper media reports chemical spill at the Indiana Transportation Museum. ITM was not notified by Noblesville of this at this point. Claims $100,000 to clean up.
On Thursday June 1st, ITM receives a certified letter from Noblesville about allegations of chemical leaks.
On Friday June 2nd, IDEM visits the ITM Museum and just finds normal lubricants. No hazardous materials found.
Sounds like Noblesville did a Pearl Harbor on ITM. Why did they cancel the meeting with ITM so that they could discuss this rather than they contact all media outlets other than to defame them.
